BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM |
|
|
Conventional Belt Conveyors |
|
IET designs and supplies a large range of belt conveyors from light conveyors to heavy-duty fixed conveyors installed in several industrial plants turnkey supplied.
Our services include engineering, civil works, electrical installation and assembly on site of such installations with our own highly qualified personnel. |
|
| Wall Side Cleat Belt Conveyor |
|
IET wall side cleat belt conveyor, encompasses the entire range of steep angle conveying from 20° to 90° inclines.
Components:
Base belt
Sidewalls
Cleats
The correct choice of each component in relation to the final use is one of the most important contribution to the overall plant performances.
Advantages:
Incline angles up to 90° are possible
Fewer mechanical components are required, particularly at steep angles of incline
Medium capacity, high lifts can be accomplished
Relatively small radii concave and convex bends can be used
Very fine, dry materials can be elevated vertically
No maintenance access is required up the vertical portion of units inclined at 70° or more
Economics of elevating at steep angles or vertically |

STACKER AND RECLAIMER |
|
| Circular Storage with Stacker and Bridge-type Scraper Reclaimer |
|
IET services include the design, civil work, structural work, electrical and instrumentation of circular storage units, equipped with bridge-type reclaimer and slewing & luffing stacker.
Stacking principles:
The stacker located inside the storage building receives the material from a belt conveyor on the central structure. It is supported on the tube of the centre column.
Reclaiming principles:
The bridge-type reclaimer collecting the material from the front of the pile, incorporates a torsion-resistant, radial bridge, which is connected to the centre column and the head girder with its bogies travelling on the circular track around the stockpile. |
|
| Travelling/Luffing Stacker and bucket wheel Reclaimer |
|
IET provide their customer with turnkey solution for stockyard design, supply and installation
Stacking principles :
The luffing stacker travels along the entire length of the longitudinal stockpile conveyor and serves to build a stockpile on both side of the conveyor. The tripper is connected to the traveling stacker by way of connecting structure and serves to transfer material to the boom.
Reclaiming principles :
Bucket-wheel reclaimer, traveling on a rail track alongside the piles of material, can reclaim stockpile sections selectively. Within the traveling limits and operation radius, active stockpiles can be reclaimed up to boundary zones. |
